A China based dog rescue that is doing amazing work rescuing dogs from the meat trade and saved Rhona.Rhonas rescuers and her friends need our help!
As everyone knows there has been a lot of challenges over the past two years which have created roadblocks that the team of SHS have dealt with are unimaginable.
When dogs are saved from the cruelty of the streets, and meat trade they spend their time in the safe house that SHS has set up. There they heal, and for some its their first time every being a dog. They get to feel loved, have toys and full tummies.
In the last year due to the CDC shutting down importing dogs from China the safe house is now busting at the seems. 560 dogs!
A lot of chaos is spreading throughout their area and it is imperative to get the dogs out of their current location ASAP. A new location to house these dogs has never been more needed. A new location has been secured, but it is in need of a lot of improvements to make this safe house livable. Currently they are without power and water to the new location.
This is where Rhona to The Rescue comes in. Our girl Rhona is our inspiration to help all these animals stay on a path to freedom and living the best life possible. We have set up a non profit in Rhonas name to do just that. We will be doing various fundraisers to help make a difference in saving as many dogs lives as possible. This will be our first fundraiser and we thought we would reach out to all of our dog lover friends out there. A fun little doggy party where you can get a pet portrait of your furry family member.
